Uso de sistemas emebebidos en el Mantenimiento Preventivo de la Central Turbogas "Las Cruces" de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad en Acapulco, Guerrero

Abstract

"In the period January - April 2018 in the Central Turbogas Las Cruces, located in the Port of Acapulco, Guerrero, the machines were inspected to verify their status, it is detected the complicated of accessing critical points in the units where the personnel does not have easy access.

The objective is to develop an auxiliary robot vehicle for maintenance tasks adapted to the needs of the work center, helping the staff to carry out their activities, which is low cost, easy operation.

To implement the embedded system in the vehicle, it was decided to use the Arduino card, since its use is simple and economical, bluethoot module, motor controller, FPV transmitter camera and receiver and LEDs for lighting were purchased, the chassis is metallic with insulating coating to prevent accidents, incorporated 4 gearmotors. The prototype was accepted by the management and operational maintenance staff of the CTG Las Cruces, the robot vehicle was shown to the corporate subsidiary of the CFE's Subsidiary Productive Enterprise 1 at the CDMX, and upon approval, the device was sent to the CCC El Sauz, in Querétaro to be tested in a successfully operating plant."
